Since the last statement, a total of 18 earthquakes have been located in the southern part of the island of La Palma, 4 of them felt at low intensity by the population. One of them is located to the west of the island’s coast. Today at 12:06 (UTC), due to the increase in the height reached by the eruptive cloud. IGN has issued a new VONA; the current height of the ash cloud is 5000 m above sea level (IGN, 2021).
