La Palma Government is able to allow parts of population to return to their lives

The improvement in air quality has allowed the resumption of face-to-face teaching activity today in the five municipalities in the west of La Palma, as the daily threshold for PM10 suspended particles was not exceeded at any station on the island. As a precautionary measure, it is still recommended to reduce vigorous or prolonged outdoor activity in the municipalities of Tijarafe, Los Llanos de Aridane, El Paso, Tazacorte and Puntagorda (Gobierno de Canarias, 2021).
