Since the last statement, a total of 341 earthquakes have been located in the area, 12 of them felt by the population. 334 of these earthquakes are located at depths of 8-17 km and the rest (7) at depths of around 20 km. The maximum recorded magnitude is 4.8 (mbLg) during yesterday’s earthquake at 13:04 UTC, with a depth of 37 km and intensity IV. The amplitude of the tremor signal is maintained at medium levels with intensification pulses. At LP01, the GNSS station further away from the eruptive centre, continues to register slight deflation. Using a calibrated image IGN estimated at 08:45 UTC, a column height of 5,200 masl and an ash cloud of 3,500 masl with a south-southwest direction. The height of the cone is measured obtaining a value of 1,127 masl (IGN, 2021) Persistent strombolian activity was observed on the north east flank was pbserved, feeding flow 8 and the northern lava delta (GVP, 2021).

This video taken on the 1st of December shows lava flows sourced from the northern sector of the volcano which shows strombolian activity. However, there is no lava emission from the westernmost vent which had been active almost continuously until a few days ago. point of exit or emitter focus of the main cone, which worked continuously throughout the eruption until a few days ago.
